Support Us
We appreciate your financial partnership with us as we build a church for every worker in the City of London. Please make a one off or regular gift now to secure the future of this new ministry.
Please support what we are starting among workers in the City of London, especially supporting those facing hardship and poverty.
'A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed.'
Proverbs 11:25
All our online and regular giving is managed for us by the Parish Giving Scheme. They are funded by the national church, and so they make no deduction from gifts. That means 100% of your gift goes to supporting our ministry - and they can reclaim gift aid on our behalf too if that is applicable.

If you prefer, you can also donate via the 'Parish Giving Scheme' by phone if you call 0333 002 1271 between 9-5pm Monday to Friday, and tell them you'd like to make a donation to St Katharine Cree. Our unique church code is 230623032.

If you would like to discuss making a legacy in your will to support our work and endow the future of Christian ministry among workers in the City of London, please contact the Priest-in-Charge.

All donations will be hugely appreciated for helping sustain the whole ministry and mission of the Guild Church of St Katharine Cree. If you would like to focus your financial support on a particular aspect of the church's ministry, please contact the Priest in Charge.
Join the 1631 Club
In the 17th century, the people of London built the present St Katharine Cree on the ruins of its predecessor – a bold, beautiful church in the heart of the City, consecrated in 1631. Nearly 400 years later, it still stands as a house of prayer and a witness to God’s presence in the world of work. We want this church to thrive – as both a treasured and historically unique heritage site, and a spiritual sanctuary for today’s City workers.
That’s why we’ve launched The 1631 Club. By giving £16.31 a month, you will help safeguard our building, support our ministry, and ensure St Katharine Cree remains alive for future generations.
Members of the 1631 Club receive:
-
A personal welcome pack posted to you, including a history of St Katharine Cree and a note of thanks.
-
Quarterly updates by email, sharing heritage highlights and stories of our ministry amongst City workers.
-
Your own copy of our Annual Review posted to you each year.
-
With your permission, recognition of your support in the Annual Review and on our website.
-
An invitation to the annual Lion Sermon Evensong each October, a unique tradition dating back to the 17th century.
-
An invitation to our Summer Reception in July, where we gather friends and supporters to celebrate and look ahead.
'Now you are the body of Christ, and each one of you is a part of it.'
1 Corinthians 12:27
