Church Hire
The main church provides a beautiful and spacious venue for large events, with a maximum capacity of 300. It can be accessed though our Leadenhall Street entrance. The booking includes access to one toilet, chairs, tables, optional portable screen and whiteboard, as well as use of our organ and grand piano.

Church Hall & Courtyard Hire
We also hire out our large church hall and courtyard. With a total capacity of 60, this package is better suited to smaller meetings and events. It includes access to toilets and a kitchen, as well as chairs, tables, a whiteboard or flipchart. We can also provide tea and coffee. It can be accessed through our Mitre Street entrance.

Whole Site Hire
We also offer hire of the whole site. Larger concerts and services needing access to more toilet facilities or the kitchen will require this package. It includes access to all the facilities on site: organ, grand piano, toilets, kitchen, whiteboards, chairs and tables. It can be accessed though our Leadenhall Street entrance.

Additional Charges
Depending on the time, size, and nature of your event, there may be the following additional charges:​

£30 + £20/hour charge for verger (events officer). If your event has more than 150 people in attendance, two vergers will be required. In the case of large or complex bookings, we require the hirer to meet with the Verger and a member of our team beforehand; should this be required, we ask the hirer to cover the cost of the Verger's time (£20/hour).

£50 if your event requires our furniture to be rearranged. Vergers will be available to help with moving furniture but due to the weight of the benches, they will not be able to assist with moving these. You are welcome to move the benches yourself but do so at your own risk.

Deposit and Discounts
​All bookings are subject to a holding deposit of 5% of the total booking fee. The total fee must be paid a month before the event. Please note that in the unlikely event that our building or contents are left damaged by an event, we require the hirer to pay the costs of repair or replacement.
​
Fees may be reduced at our discretion for charity and community events.​
